ICYMI: Our Technical Director, Dr Stuart Kings visited Peru in collaboration with NEC Contracts® 🇵🇪 He delivered training to contractors and consultants on effectively managing the NEC contract suite. Additionally, he participated in the launch event celebrating the release of the Spanish-translated NEC contract. 𝗛𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱: “Effective processes and real, proper collaboration across teams is always at the core of this best practice – which completely encapsulates what NEC contracts stand for." “This keeps things moving with minimised administrative burden, fully informed teams and total transparency for all stakeholders, and, in turn, keeps focus on delivering the projects. As construction sites go, this is one of the most complex projects in our current portfolio and has demanded lots of teamwork and collaboration. We have introduced Sypro into our processes which has helped us facilitate a more dynamic contract admin, management and reporting system. Andrew Scott Ltd are delivering two phases of works on this multi layered site where AtkinsRéalis were lead consultants, now delivering project & cost management services to Pembrokeshire County Council.
