🔥 Women in Business 🔥 Congratulations to member Pam Loch who has contributed to the writing of 'Business Development for Women Lawyers'. Pam is the perfect role model for businesswomen, particularly those working in Law, given her experience as a Female Lawyer and CEO of a successful law firm.
Women still only make up 37% of equity partners in law firms. As a female lawyer and CEO of a law firm, it was an honour to participate in the writing of ‘Business Development for Women Lawyers’. I had the privilege of being asked to contribute two chapters. One about rainmaking and one on how changing the approach to neurodiversity can be positively impactful for both the individual and the firm. “Diversity has become a common conversation in recent decades … however, when it comes to neurodivergence, whilst we are making headway, survey results demonstrate that there is still much to do to create a legal sector that celebrates rather than discriminates against differences.” This is a topic that goes beyond law firms, and it’s vital that all businesses better understand, support and work with neurodivergent employees. Thanks to Globe Law and Business Ltd for inviting me to be part of this unique book. #NeurodivergentLawyer #FemaleLawyers #WomenInLaw #BusinessDevelopment
