Yesterday Iain McFeat, James Goodwin, Ben Hutchinson and Isabel Walder attended the University of Bristol's Graduate & Undergraduate Recruitment Event (GURE). They spent some time talking about their experience and what they are doing in their current roles, as well as highlighting all the exciting opportunities we have available at Taylor Woodrow.

Our Meridian Water team are currently delivering the strategic infrastructure works in Upper Edmonton, facilitating Enfield Council’s lead regeneration project. With construction well underway, the project has also had an impact on the local community. Josh Spavins, Social Value & Community Stakeholder Manager collaborated with Launch It for ‘The Pitch Off’, an initiative that supports local young micro business owners. A huge congratulations go to Aaliyah Hudson from Alive On-Go who was the overall winner!🏆 Taylor Woodrow was supported by Cognition Land and Water Limited, IJN & Templec, our supply chain partners, who made the event possible. Nicole Turley, Public Liaison & Social Value Co-ordinator at Taylor Woodrow Civils North volunteered with Search Newcastle- services for older people CIO last year, helping them with their Christmas lunches. After seeing the great work that they do, she was inspired to sponsor the charity for a VINCI UK FOUNDATION grant as part of their ongoing work in improving the lives of vulnerable people in Newcastle. We are really delighted to announce that Search Newcastle has been awarded the grant which will allow the organisation to purchase a minibus. The bus will enable them to transport older individuals who are less mobile which will aid them in accessing social activities and therefore combating loneliness. Here is Nicole handing over the cheque to the Search Newcastle team! 🌟
