🌟 Business visit spotlight: Capgemini 🌟 Today, Telford & Wrekin Council Leader, Cllr Lee Carter, and Chief Executive, David Sidaway, visited Capgemini, one of Telford’s largest employers, with around 2,000 skilled professionals delivering high-value IT and consulting services. Capgemini’s work, particularly with public sector clients like HMRC, drives digital transformation and service efficiency. But their contributions go far beyond the workplace. Their commitment to social value is inspiring, from supporting charities and schools to developing programmes for care leavers and delivering digital skills training for residents. Meeting Jo Long, Social Value Director, we explored exciting projects like the MBA Futures Event, employability engagement with local schools, and the LEGO League programme for young learners. We’re proud to support their mission to digitally upskill Telford’s communities and create opportunities for the most vulnerable. Thank you, Capgemini, for being such an integral part of Telford’s economy and community. #InvestTelford #Telford #SocialValue #DigitalTransformation
