Almost £450,000 in #NationalLottery funding will allow Coventry-based youth homelessness charity Bardsley Youth Project to coach approximately 400 local young people who are facing housing issues over the next five years. The project welcomes young people into a safe space to connect with the team and those with shared experiences, enabling young people to gain the skills they need to fulfil their potential and avoid repeat homelessness and debt. Rachel Orman, Communication and Fundraising Worker for Bardsley Youth Project said: “Thanks to #NationalLottery players, we will be able to support Coventry’s young people navigate the complex issue of homelessness.” “There are usually many complicated social, emotional, and financial factors that culminate in homelessness. Our work tackles these key risk factors, reducing the risk of serial homelessness.” #NationalLottery30

We’re proud to be supporting Manchester community theatre group Divided Culture Co to tour ‘Toxic’ and take on the issue of toxic masculinity and men’s mental health. The tour, which will travel to venues in the Northwest and Yorkshire, will also invite men from the area to share their experiences and challenges with mental health through listening and writing exercises, which will inform the constantly evolving script. #NationalLottery30
