From enjoying rich, wholesome foods to brisk walks and cosy reading, we are especially mindful at this time of year of our well-being. New work for Pets at Home We recently partnered with Pets at Home for their summer 3 Peaks campaign. Our brief was to provide seasonal relevant content for .com, socials and CRM, which encouraged dog owners to get out on adventures with their pets, over the summer months. From our archive 😊 We were briefed By PUMA Group to come up with a retail execution for their RE:Collection range (which is made from recycled cotton and polyester) Our aim was to create an experience which both amplifies the campaign through more sustainable storytelling tools, but that also leaves no trace once taken down. Our guiding principles were to ensure that every single element used in the creative was destined to be reused, regenerated or recycled. Clear instructions for all second-life processes were printed onto tags and affixed to the corresponding components. 𝗥𝗘𝗨𝗦𝗘 - All of the base structures for this build were adopted from a permanent toolkit of hardware which is endlessly repurposed. Which we also created. 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘 - We made sure there was a second life designed into all custom tools. Our stencil panels were created from single sheets of FSC board, with the negative cut-outs providing footwear risers and product highlighters in store, whilst our fabric image backdrops were collaged and upcycled as unique ‘bags for life’ for store staff. 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗬𝗖𝗟𝗘 - Any excess elements can fully biodegrade, such as our natural twine, latex printed untreated cotton and non-toxic chalk paint-washed boards. #CreativeRetail #Design #Campiagn #Reuse #Regenerate #Recycle

It’s World Mental Health Day today, so we wanted to share a few words to recognise it. Working in a creative agency is incredibly rewarding, but it comes with its own set of pressures: tight deadlines, constant innovation and the expectation to always be "on." It’s no surprise that in 2022 and 2023, 875,000 workers in the UK reported work-related stress, anxiety or depression (https://lnkd.in/e8tRHDcr). The numbers keep rising. And the fast-paced environments that are common in our industry can have a role to play; leaving individuals feeling burnt out and vulnerable. Of course, recognition (and support) for mental health is something we do year-round. At The Onlii, we offer a range of resources to support our team, including Bupa health and mental health services, a monthly well-being allowance and MHFA England®- Mental Health First Aid training. We also want to foster connections and create more moments to recharge, which is why we encourage taking breaks, host our team socials and run well-being initiatives for our team to get involved in. This week we have been at the incredible 'Louder Than Words' B Corp Festival in Oxford. The largest ever global gathering of B Corp businesses! We have left the event energised and inspired by the amazing speakers and sessions we attended. It was also brilliant to meet so many successful purpose led businesses, that are determined to have a positive impact. Whether it's a quick cuddle, a wagging tail greeting us at the door, or just the positive vibes our furry friends bring, we love having them around.
