💡 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞: 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲 💡 Earlier this Quarter, we were proud to share the results of our first Salary Survey with our members. The report was based on the results of a comprehensive, confidential survey completed by our members throughout Q2, to allow us all to better understand not only the salary and packages people are receiving currently for internal GTM recruiter roles, but also other key areas of their career and working conditions. Our report focuses on both an overview of all the responses received and then a breakdown by role, company funding stage and also any differences across States. Amongst other things, we cover: 💡The average overall compensation package for people doing a similar TA role to you 💡How often the average respondent is seeing a salary change 💡Where and how people are working in 2024 We are now giving our wider Network the opportunity receive a copy of the report when we release our next version at the end of the year.
