We’re looking for women who have never completed an ultramarathon to be our 2025 Ultra 50:50 Challengers, taking on their first ultra with us by tackling either 50km or 100km at Race to the King in June. Our 2024 Ultra 50:50 Challengers came from a variety of backgrounds and experience and we had the privilege of following their journey as they prepared for an ultra. As the old proverb says, “If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together.” Completing a Threshold Sports event is a personal challenge for many, but the journey to the finish line is far from a solo sport. Having a community can have a huge impact on your experience on event day. We are delighted to be bringing the Threshold Trail Series and Endure 24 to the community platform Heylo to help our incredible community of runners and walkers connect with one another. By providing dedicated virtual spaces for participants and those interested in taking part to chat, ask questions, share training tips, and connect with others in their local area, it’s our hope that Heylo will help create a smoother journey in the build-up to our events.
