Angel Square is rapidly (re)becoming a building now! I visited yesterday to see the amazing progress the team are making. It was my first chance to experience the very special top floor, and also see the beginnings of making the roof terrace at the very top - what a view from up there! For instance, the façade is a dynamic blend of materials, textures, and styles, reflecting the area's rich history. You will see: 🧱        A captivating mix of materials, with masonry taking center stage. 🏛️        A vibrant interplay of architectural styles, from classic to contemporary. 🎨      A striking color palette, featuring warm reds and browns accented with crisp whites and elegant faience detailing.   We designed the façade to respect the diverse architecture of the neighborhood while creating a visually captivating landmark. Our immersive, computerised MEP model for Angel Square is now up and running. This advanced model allows us to walk through every detail of the building's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring precision and efficiency in the installation process, and coordinate targeted maintenance in the long-term. This innovative approach highlights the complexity and meticulous planning involved in creating a state-of-the-art office space. 💻🏢🎉 We're also thrilled to announce that the CAT A fit-out works are in full swing. The installation of Fan Coil Units (FCUs) and associated pipework has begun, bringing us one step closer to Angel Square’s Practical Completion . 🔧✨ Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to transform Angel Square into a cutting-edge office environment. #AngelSquare
