🗓️ B Corp Month 2025 is here! 🎉 Treveth is proud to be part of Generation B: businesses committed to meaningful change for people, the planet, and local communities. 🌱 Since becoming one of the first UK developers to achieve B Corp certification in 2023, we’ve continued to push boundaries in sustainable development, community regeneration, and carbon reduction. 🏡 We’re proud to have accelerated the delivery of high-quality, low-carbon homes where they’re most needed, with resident satisfaction at the heart of our work. 🏃🏽♀️ We'd like to give a shout out to Rio, Treveth's Sales and Marketing Assistant, who is running the London Landmark half marathon in April in memory of her Grandfather who sadly passed away in 2018 from a brain tumour. Currently in the depths of training, Rio is running for charity in the hope to raise as much money as she can so that one day, a cure can be found. Over the past 12 months, we’ve delivered 10 fully wheelchair-accessible M4(3) homes across both private and affordable rent: ✅ 2 at Bann an Hyns ✅ 4 at Gwel Bassett (including 2 HRA) ✅ 4 at Park Lanneves For residents like Lee, who lives in one of our accessible homes at Bann an Hyns, having a home that truly meets his needs has been life-changing: 💬 “The fully accessible wet room/bathroom is a game changer for me and helps me a lot with my disabilities. The kitchen is well laid out and thought through. I'm due a knee replacement soon, and the accessibility of my new home helps ease my fears of getting around post-operation.” Beyond just the design, we ensure that moving in is as smooth and stress-free as possible: 💬 “The process of moving in at first was quite daunting but was actually pretty straightforward.
