Content & Growth Marketing Manager @ Trigify.io | Growing Brands Through Storytelling

The 4 part process to Increasing meetings from your webinars... (Every Webinar Has a Funnel) The common process = Quick marketing effort, chatting to an interesting panelist and giving a discount code at the end. THIS IS WRONG - We have set about improving it like this 🚨 You need to think about it in these 4 ways like a funnel: 1. Webinar Registration (Getting people to sign up) 2. Attendance (Getting the people signed up to attend) 3. Retention (Getting the people who attend to stay) 4. Meeting/New customers (Getting people who stay to convert) Each stage of the funnel has a different goal, meaning different messaging and tactics need to be applied. For example - let's say you have an average of 100 registrants on webinars and aim to increase 5% across the board. Registered (100 people) --> 105 People registered 50% Attendance rate (50 people)--> 55% (58 People) 60% Retention rate. (30 people)--> 65% (38 People) 10% Conversion rate (3 people)--> 15% (6 People) The number of final conversions rises from 3 to 6 customers, representing a 100% increase in conversions. If you solely focused on increasing the number of registrants by 15% (without improving the other funnel stages), the final number of conversions only goes from 3 to 4 customers, a 33.3% increase in conversions. Now apply this funnel at scale and you can dream of the results ;)

Using Social Signals to Predict Buyer Intent. CEO @Trigify.io

77.5% acceptance rate (from 320 connections sent), 54.7% reply rate, 49 qualified meetings. An ever-green campaign so good we had to stop it. I challenge you to name any workflow that can produce this level of results... Now, the haters will say it's fake, but it's true. We've had this before—just ask Hugo Millington-Drake. But when Nick Velkovski and Ilija Stojkovski messaged me that Alexander Tsvetkov had done just this, I knew we needed to get everyone on a call and show people. To be clear, this campaign meant that for every 4 leads contacted via Trigify.io & HeyReach 1 lead was generated. 🔥 So, if you're a keyboard warrior or someone that thinks outbound is dead or perhaps you wanna just learn how Alex did this. Check comments for link.. Oh btw, we are also going to do a challenge with an epic prize at the end ✌

Using Social Signals to Predict Buyer Intent. CEO @Trigify.io

🦾Eric Nowoslawski is the master of outbound & the master of using Clay. I've seen Trigify.io clients getting a 1 in 5 response rate so I wanted to see if 🦾Eric Nowoslawski had any ideas to beat this. This Friday 8 AM EST I'm sitting down with Eric for a breakfast chat about how you could leverage Social Signals & Clay for the ultimate campaign. Cold Email & Outbound are getting harder, typical forms of Triggers & Intent aren't getting the same level of replies. Here's why I'm seeing people crush campaigns using Social Signals: → Reaching out based on interactions or content type means these leads are 'warmer' than typical outbound → Tapping into Thought Leaders content allows people to hit prospects that are interested in your content or selling point → There's a face to a name already → Social Media provides true individual-level intent (No one is forcing someone to engage with say Adam Robinson outbound lead inbound content multiple times. So if they do, it's safe to say Content is important to them) Fancy learning the new ways? Join us Friday 👇

Building Smart Sales Workflows | Systems that print you leads (on autopilot) | See my recent post

𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 & 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐑 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 - 𝐖𝐀𝐓𝐂𝐇 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒. This video booked me 3+ meetings every other week. And it shows how you can: - automatically read & scrape job boards using Trigify.io - identify hiring managers for the role & find their email using BetterContact - send the phone number of the hiring manager to the CRM (maybe Breakcold?) for your sales team to call them. - personalise outreach to the hiring manager using Clay (I use Prospeo,  Icypeas, LeadMagic & OpenAI to draft this). - send emails to each hiring decision-maker via Smartlead or a LinkedIn message via HeyReach. All within 2 minutes of the job going live. (Or 30 days after it was listed, when they have more pressure to fill the position). Even Max Mitcham and Michael Robinson 📈 were impressed with it... And the best part? You set it up once, and it runs forever (aka evergreen!) Shoutout to Setareh Ansari, Mathile Halvarsson & countless other forward-thinking recruiters that helped me come up with this automation… 🍿 Enjoy 🍿 If you want the template we used here - 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 “𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭” and I will share: -> the exact step-by-step setup of this workflow -> the Clay table link that I use for this -> a video explaining the entire workflow & how it works -> the 3 email templates that work well for our clients so far And by the way -> Matteo Fois, Felix Frank ⚙️, Penn Frank ⚙️, Brigitta Ruha & Noel Maniraguha - I know you have recruitment clients & I was curious - anything cool you would add to these workflows for clients? 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 “𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭”to get the exact step-by-step setup guide. Make sure we are connected so I can send it your way. Using Social Signals to Predict Buyer Intent. CEO @Trigify.io

I've created a Prospecting Loop Cycle (Ever Green) that has crushed my pipeline goals. Here's the breakdown 👇 Side note - Using static prospecting won't cut the mustard stop wasting time doing this. Social content is key, un earth this and you are away. Back to it, let's break the flow down (Skip to point 5 to see the Loop): 1️⃣ I'm using Trigify.io for Social Signals & Social Listening a) Tracking engagement that your team's brand is getting, competitors & thought leads. b) Searching for people talking about specific content on social media. 2️⃣ Using LeadMagic & BetterContact to enrich the people as I find them. Both have great API features. 3️⃣ Push these leads Smartlead or HeyReach Email vs LinkedIn - this depends on the playbook I'm using. 4️⃣ Vector to track the engagement I'm getting against the above campaigns I'm running. HubSpot gets updated with both steps 3 & 4 so I can see the correlation between the visit/campaigns they were in. ------ Here's where the loop comes into play... 5️⃣ Record my demos using Fireflies.ai & push this data into OpenAI to create topic themes. 6️⃣ I then post about these themes on LinkedIn. Where I then go back to step 1 using Trigify.io. Are you doing a loop cycle with prospecting?

Using Social Signals to Predict Buyer Intent. CEO @Trigify.io

Trigify.io has now gone unlimited on every package. NO - MORE - CREDITS We just pushed a massive change, I've spoken about it before but we've finally done it + we've thrown in the ability to sign up for a free account. So what's unlimited? Let's think of things like.. → Social Signals (More info on this coming later this week 👀 ) → Job Postings → Funding Rounds, Office Expansions, Promotions, New In Role (+28 other events) → AI Signals + so much more. So the questions are: 1. How are we pricing? 2. Why did we do this? Let's start with 'How are we pricing'; → We are now focusing on features rather than volume of data → Each plan has certain features included or the option to bolt features onto lower plans → Still keeping the option to have monthly or annual agreements Why did we do this? → Without being too technical Trigify.io is undergoing a large change on its front & back end. We're changing how the system works which means for you as the end user there will be streams of data rather than this concept of lists or tables. → To change to 'streams' we needed to remove the concept of credits as it simply wouldn't work. ** Stream means where data is updating continually and is already pre-enriched meaning the users don't have to build out large complex tables adding different data points. Go give it a test!

Feeling frustrated by low conversion rates? You’re not alone. Organic social does not need to be hard. In today’s noisy digital world, generic content just doesn’t cut it. The answer? Tailored content that speaks directly to your audience's needs. 💡 Personalised content can boost sales opportunities by 20%. Customers are 4x more likely to engage when they feel understood. Provide proof, give value with a plan and make them a promise. 🛠️ Next steps: 1. Segment Your Audience: Know exactly who you’re talking to. 2. Create Customer Personas: Understand their pain points and goals. 3. Tailor Content: Align your message to each stage of their journey and POV's 4. Provide Value: You need to hit an emotion that they may be struggling with. 5. Stay Consistent: You might not see the results but your audience sees you. Tailored content doesn’t just increase conversions—it builds lasting relationships. What strategies are you using?

We are in a world where cold calls are getting harder, cold emails are getting harder and every channel is becoming tougher and tougher. From an outbound perspective, the focus and the shift towards a content first strategy has never been more prevalent. Nowadays we're seeing teams posting on LinkedIn, posting on Twitter, posting on YouTube, ensuring that their content resonates and amplifies a brand across multiple different profiles. The Challenge 💣 When it comes to this, is how do you track and engage with the individuals that are interacting with you day in and day out? This is where social signals comes in! Now more than ever, it's the most simple thing to do... 1. Enter as many profiles as you'd like to track. 2. See who's engaging with your content (With key data insights) 3. Filter the right ICP and 4. Layer over multiple sales signals and enrichments (Funding, Hiring etc) 5. Push it into your favourite integrations. The goal = Sit back and let it all stack up to be the perfect lead for you with the right intent and at the right time. #ContentFirstStrategy #SocialSignals #PerfectLeadGeneration #trigify #socialsignals #marketing #sales
