    When I say this... I truly believe it... Clay's Waterfall Enrichment will become everyone's Email Finder/Mobile Finder. Their commitment to quality is unmatched. For those of you who don't know... Clay & 🦾Eric Nowoslawski (Growth Engine X) have been analyzing all of the Email Finders in their platform to determine who has the best results. They've also done this on the Mobile Finder as well with 🤖 Jacob Tuwiner. The contest has some of the best ones on the market like LeadMagic, Prospeo, Findymail, Dropcontact etc.. Here's what I love about this contest: 1) Big Providers (or Business Gurus) will tell you... avoid the Waterfall. It will race you to ZERO. I COMPLETELY disagree with this statement because of one thing that 🏍benyamin ‎talked about two weeks ago. "Clay eyes." They're missing the market momentum of these platforms and it's obvious they're running away from this strategy or trying to build their own systems like this. 2) It's based on Positive Replies which people received so you know the emails are real. It's not based on some of the fake catch-all finders we're learning about where they mark everything they can here "valid". 3) It deeply analyzes the exact results and is fair because price cost are also taken into account. 4) While everyone running Big SaaS Annual Lock-In Systems. TAKEAWAYS 1) Waterfall methodology is the only way you should be doing data enrichment today. It works, because of science and math. Most people hate math so they doubt it. The water is warm 2) Do your OWN Waterfall Analysis of all your Data Providers especially for Mobile and Email Finder. Hold them accountable, not just once but overtime. The real sneaky ones become less accurate overtime and can really blow up your GTM. 3) Accurate data fuels your business and the quality, accuracy, price change daily if you aren't watching this your Sales Team could be using only bad data and ruining your entire GTM. I would happy to be in the Top 5 because I've tested the competition and I predict it will be PDL, Prospeo and Findymail in their as well. Stay flexible. Any predictions on who might win this? I use Canva to create my carousels and Taplio for post ideas (it’s also great for scheduling and analytics). We’re now expanding to YouTube (using Tella to record) and started writing bi-weekly articles for SEO (that Surfer helps optimize). Our weekly newsletter goes out every Wednesday through beehiiv. 2️⃣ Outbound I use RB2B (coldiq.com/tools/rb2b) to identify my website visitors. Depending on the page they were on and their firmographics profile, you can - [1] send them automated emails with Instantly: coldiq.com/tools/instantly - [2] connect with them on LinkedIn via HeyReach: coldiq.com/tools/heyreach - [3] do both these things (+ voice notes!) with lemlist: coldiq.com/tools/lemlist Depending on clients’ requirements & preferences, we use: - data platforms such as Prospeo, FullEnrich (ai.coldiq.com/fullenrich), LeadMagic & Clay (coldiq.com/tools/clay) - ai models (OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Anthropic’s Claude) to research our prospects & personalize our emails. - sending engagement platforms such as Instantly (best for all-in-one emailing) or lemlist (best at multichannel outreach) - a custom deliverability infrastructure that’s usually a mix of Outlook & Gmail inboxes (this can be facilitated through Instantly’s new deliverability infrastructure. Seems that Lemlist is following suit there, too 👀) 3️⃣ Agency Management We use Airtable as our Agency Operation System and a mix of n8n & Make for internal automation. We usually map these out on Puzzle for a high-level overview of our processes. Most of our meetings are on Google, and the team communicates via Slack (exception being Alex Vacca calling me on WhatsApp when he feels I didn’t reply fast enough 😆). 4️⃣ Sales Most deals we close are booked through our Hubspot calendar on our Webflow website. We use Attention (coldiq.com/tools/attention) to record meetings & take notes, and send proposals with Qwilr. Once the deal closes, we send the contract through PandaDoc and accept most payments via Stripe, which are deposited into our Mercury account.     The Little Known Data Provider We Use To Verify Contact Info From The Big Databases Nothing worse than paying deep five or even six figures for a contact info database only to find out the job isn't done. A lot of the data is missing. The emails aren't validated or the data is stale. You thought you had the job done but you've really bought a starting point. We have one go - to provider when we need to clean up a data set. If you're not using LeadMagic you're doing yourself a great disservice. Email validation - cheapest and most accurate on the market Email Finder - If it exists, they find it What about Mobile Numbers? That too...and really inexpensive Yeah but what about open jobs data? Or how much a company is spending on Google ads? (a great leading indicator for the health of the business) ✅✅ It doesn't hurt that the founder is a great dude. If you're not following Jesse Ouellette and you're running an outbound program...get your s*@% together.

    Launching a new campaign for us Monday...here is what we used to put it together: 1) ScrapeLi pulled a particular companies followers for us - you see following a company on Linkedin is a deliberate act, not like following a person. 2) Clay with Claygent, OpenAI GPT-4o mini to research the business and lead. Why - search the website, company linkedin profile, personal linkedin profile, Google, and other relevant sites all in one prompt... 3) Icypeas and LeadMagic for emails...both never fail. 4) Reach.ly for a custom landing page and video in the first email. We are in week three of this approach and we have never been busier. Onboarding 2-3 new clients a week, so we know it is working. 5) HetrixTools to monitor our domains...because of course if you are sending video in the first email you need to pay attention to deliverability. 6) La Growth Machine..first time..kind of excited to combine a little bit of Linkedin Outreach. 7) Anthropic - using Sonnet to create the customized landing page copy 8) OpenRouter - running multiple LLMs, OpenAI, Anthropic so need the flexibility 9) Instantly.ai - moving in to year two, they consistently help us run our campaigns and hit inbox...even with video and GIFs.

    Here's how I sell to home / consumer services at scale... Step 1: Build case study. Arrow Waste is one of my best home services clients. We generated a 24.6x ROI for them last month through personalized direct mail. They were happy to participate. Step 2: Build TAM (Total Addressable Market) Given that Arrow Waste operates in the waste management space, I leveraged the BlueAcquire "MapExtract" tool to build a list of 42,554 US-based waste companies. Step 3: Source Emails Waste management employees aren't always active on LinkedIn. As a result, their email addresses are not in ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc. However, a lot of the time, these companies list contact emails on their website. Using the BlueAcquire API ("emails" endpoint), I sourced 8,883 contact emails from these websites. Step 4: Validate Emails Quickest way to "burn" your domains? Send a lot of emails to invalid email addresses. To avoid this, I used LeadMagic to identify 6,898 'valid' emails out of the 8,883 from Step 3. These 6,898 emails fed my campaign. Step 5: Develop Copy For this step, I used OpenAI to personalize messaging to each home services company. Could also use Clay here. (prompt: reference the following company and develop a message...) Step 6: Setup Cold Email Infrastructure and Warmup Emails To be honest, this step was completed 2 weeks ago. If you do it right, it will take 2 weeks to warm up your emails/domains, so plan ahead. Without proper infrastructure, your cold emails will likely land in spam and your sending volume will be limited. Could also ruin your primary domain. Step 7: Upload your contacts into Smartlead, build your campaign, and schedule launch. Simplicity is best here. You want your copy to be value-forward, personalized, and low-barrier. I've found asking the recipient if it's alright to send over a case study has been highly effective. So far, campaign is 65% complete and we've scored 57 positive replies. This approach can be replicated for virtually any home services or consumer services target vertical. #outbound #sales #gotomarket
