The Trinovant Surveyors Limited 'Northern Team' will now be based at Chadwick House, Birchwood Park, Warrington and cover all surrounding areas. Gentians first acquisition of the year - TESCO - Newbury. So close to home but I had not visited Newbury for years. Its a fantastic place to visit and the retail offer is improving by the month, Primark soon to open and Gails have recently started baking… easy to park and a river runs through it… Acquired with inhouse cash from a HNW client of Ryan Kennedy. We were advised by Trinovant Surveyors Limited and Pinsent Masons More wanted. Intro fees very happily paid.

On international women’s day as well as celebrating the women who add so much value to our industry and business, we are delighted to announce our continued support of Ipswich Rugby Club women’s youth team. As well as seeing the players develop the strength and skills to become a truly successful team, we have been fortunate enough to be involved in a club that brings huge joy to the local community. Long overdue refurbishment and refresh of 7 x industrial units in #Liverpool which Trinovant Surveyors Limited are project managing on behalf of Indurent. Works include new roof and wall cladding to  meet latest energy efficiency requirements. Following a busy year, we are delighted to confirm the following promotions across the business here at Trinovant Surveyors Limited; Dan Felgate will be taking a more active role in the running of the business, following his persistent efforts with marketing and service delivery. He will be joining William Sheppard and Ben Stell as Senior Director. Ben Nicholas MRICS has been promoted to Director and will be responsible for driving the business in the north. This has already been started with new office viewings which will service both the Manchester and Liverpool markets, as well as the greater northern area for our national clients. Watch this space for further announcements in due course. In the south, Steve Clarke will be stepping up to Director and continuing to focus on our project management offering. As well as our existing projects, we’re confident in a growing pipeline of larger PM works including both office and mixed use schemes. As our financial year closes, we would like to thank everyone for their continued efforts and well done to all those promoted above. Congratulations, onward and upwards for 2025/2026!
