Last November, I had the pleasure of hosting Arm's first Women in STEM work experience event in partnership with Uptree, welcoming young women from across the UK for a virtual career insight day. We were joined by an all-female group of Arm colleagues, who shared their experiences, challenges, and advice on navigating the technology industry. The students asked thoughtful questions, sparking insightful discussions about breaking barriers in traditionally male-dominated fields, the exciting opportunities available to them in STEM, and building a successful career in tech. It was inspiring to see their curiosity and enthusiasm throughout the event. A huge thank you to Maryam A. for helping bring this event to life, and to the Arm colleagues who generously volunteered their time to inspire the next generation of women in STEM.
