Wadys secures M&E package on a new £31.5m Leighton Buzzard leisure centre! Our client Willmott Dixon has been chosen by Central Bedfordshire Council to build a new leisure centre in Clipstone Park, Leighton Buzzard, in a contract worth £31.5 million. The new leisure centre will provide a full range of high-quality, modern sports and community amenities. The new centre includes a large health and fitness areas, an eight lane 25metre pool, a learner pool and a confidence pool. Earlier this week, we participated in the Willmott Dixon Christmas Food Bank Donations 🎁 Doug Wady delivered our contributions of food and essentials to the Willmott Dixon office to be donated to the local food banks of two of the sites we are working on, including the Dunstable/Houghton Regis Foodbank and the Westminster Foodbank. At Christmas, it's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the season, but it's also a time to reflect on what we have and show gratitude. While many of us celebrate with family and friends, countless individuals and families go hungry each year. Wadys secures M&E package on £36m leisure centre upgrade! Our client Willmott Dixon has finalised a £36m deal to restore the historic 1930s Grade II listed Seymour Centre in Marylebone, central London and Wadys have secured the M&E package for this restoration project. The plans will provide new and enhanced facilities including a new open plan gym, fitness suites, refurbished swimming pool, changing areas & treatment rooms, contemporary library over two floors, café, children’s soft play area, and improved climbing wall whilst maintaining the building’s art deco features. #willmottdixon #wadys #leisurecentre #historical #supplychain
