🎖️ Walking With The Wounded has helped thousands of veterans get their lives back. But there are many more people like Dwayne out there, so we need many more people like Clare. The issues are ongoing and we want to go further by identifying veterans and families who are struggling and get them help sooner. To do this, we need regular donations. We need you. We’re asking you to Step Up and support those who have served. ❤️ https://lnkd.in/eXpNhu4W #WWTWStepUp #VeteranSupport #VeteranCare #RegularGiving #CharitySupport

🌹 Remembrance Day and anniversaries can sometimes act as a trigger for difficult memories, so it is important to prioritise your mental health and well-being during these times. It can be important to plan ahead so that on Remembrance Day or an anniversary date you know what you are doing beforehand. There is no one size fits all approach when dealing with the emotions these days bring, so give yourself time to think about what would work best for you. Please share with your network. #RemembranceDay #VeteranSupport #VeteranMentalHealth #OpCOURAGE

Natalie and her CrossFit community are taking on a 24-hour Wod-a-thon challenge with each workout dedicated to a service member who has lost their life. “I’m taking on this challenge in memory of service personnel who we’ve sadly lost. The challenge won’t be easy, but neither are the struggles that many veterans face, and I know that my CrossFit community will help to keep me going." #VeteranSupport #VeteranCare #Remembrance #Fundraising
