    Beauty brand REFY activates at Paris Fashion Week ☕🇫🇷 At #PFW2024, REFY elevated its presence with the REFY Café, a well-timed activation that seamlessly combined lifestyle and beauty. Taking inspiration from classic Parisian culture, REFY created a café-inspired experience that stood apart from your typical beauty product showcase. Known for its minimalist, high-performance products, particularly for the brows, skin, and lips, REFY’s clean, effortless aesthetic was perfectly reflected in the café setting. The concept truly spoke for itself. Guests enjoyed REFY-branded coffee, got exclusive sneak peeks at new products, and left stacked with free samples all while soaking in the brand’s minimalist, accessible philosophy. This clever homage to Parisian café culture helped the activation feel authentically local but also deepened the connection between the brand and its audience. 💄 What makes this concept work so well? It’s all about experiential marketing, creating those emotional connections that turn customers into long-term advocates. The REFY Café offered a relaxed, community-focused space where visitors could engage with the brand, seamlessly blending into their everyday lifestyle. Strategically aligned with Paris Fashion Week, REFY tapped into the high-energy atmosphere of the event, drawing in fashion-forward crowds. The result?     Unpacking our Approach to Experiential: Magic ✨ At the We Are Collider HQ , we’ve conducted original research to answer a key question: What is the behavioural science that makes experience marketing successful? 🤔 Through our findings, we’ve developed the MARVELS™ framework — a set of seven behavioural science levers that drive success. Over the coming weeks, we’ll explore each one in detail, starting with M: Magic. Magic represents the unique, emotional aspect of an experience that makes it stand out and stay memorable. Grounded in Maslow’s concept of peak experiences, Magic taps into emotionally intense moments, creating vivid, detailed, and long-lasting “flash-bulb” memories. 🧠✨ Emotional events are better remembered than neutral ones, and it’s these moments that set an experience apart from the ordinary. In our analysis, Magic emerged as the most predictive factor for successful experience outcomes. Its spell can be broken down into three core components: Senses 👀, Self 🧍♂️, and Story 📖.     Pleased to lead on another event with Red Bull Golden Letters 2024. Red Bull's #1 Tekken event returned with a bang for its 3rd iteration, and this time it was bigger than ever! 2 Online Qualifiers alongside 2 Offline events in the Tokyo & London Gaming Spheres meant over 400+ participants tried their best to qualify for the final event alongside the 16 invitees.   The main event featured all the best competitors in the world, including Red Bull Players Arslan Ash & Anakin making their way to London. The event also featured a special visit from Harada & Michael Murray, the game’s directors, who did an exclusive interview and showcase, followed by a world first show-match of the new DLC character Heihachi.    Overall the tournament was a huge success with sentiment from spectators and competitors being at an all-time high. We also had amazing player merch, 3 co-streamers on site and provided a best in class partner integration across the whole event.    Thanks to everyone who worked on making this event as awesome as it was, especially the crews at We Are Collider & Bombee 🤝

    It’s always a real boost for the team when they get glowing feedback on all the hard work they put in. ✨ 💬   Some fantastic feedback from one of our much-loved retail clients, Waitrose, on the relaunch event of their premium Waitrose No.1 range last week:   “I was actually a bit lost for words.” “…perhaps the new bar for one of our events.”   It was a privilege to partner with Waitrose & Partners to bring their vision to life, and the results have been beyond rewarding. From the immersive experience to the stunning visuals, it was a true reflection of Waitrose's commitment to excellence which we all know and love.    To top it off, our work even got a special mention by Chris Evans on his Breakfast Show! 🙌   A huge thanks to the Waitrose team for the trust and continued opportunity to collaborate on exciting projects like this one. Apparently not! 🎄📞 While we can’t believe the festive chatter has already started, Spotify is fully embracing the early holiday vibes with a clever phone booth activation outside office locations across London, including an AI DJ. 🧑🎄 What’s the deal? They’ve transformed London’s iconic red phone booths into miniature winter wonderlands, placed strategically outside various office locations. 🇬🇧Step inside, and you’re whisked away by carefully-curated Christmas playlists, all designed to remind brands why it’s never too early to start their festive ads. 🎶✨ The “Q4 is calling” activation comes right on time, as research from Spotify reveals that a quarter of UK users start their Christmas shopping in October! [Campaign] Marketers were invited to step into a festive, snow-covered, green phone booth, greeted by the sound of a ringing phone. Inside, they could press any key to unlock insights and advice on festive media strategies from Spotify’s AI DJ, Xavier “X” Jernigan. And as a sweet send-off, each visitor was treated to a little gift of sweet treats on their way out. 🍬 Timing really is everything, and Spotify nailed it with their first out-of-home campaign in the UK, showing how well-timed music can turn a simple message into a memorable, resonant experience. Visitors to the booth get to enjoy the music while learning how seasonal tunes can elevate any ad campaign, especially when timed juuust right. Don’t let the festive spirit go to voicemail!     We’re excited to announce that our latest integrated campaign with L’Oréal has officially gone live! 🎉💄 This has been a fun and rewarding project for the whole team, working with L'Oréal to create an unforgettable experiential experience that really speaks to beauty lovers. The campaign, designed to promote L’Oréal-owned brand Urban Decay Cosmetics’ new self-setting, waterproof foundation, is rolling out in three key phases. First up, we’ve launched eye-catching CGI teasers of hot air balloons carrying Face Bond, drifting across social media and sparking some well-deserved curiosity. Why just fly under the radar when you can fly (literally) across the Atlantic? 🌍 Next, we’re playing the ultimate beauty trick. Hundreds of influencers are receiving what looks like a sleek beauty magazine, but flip through those pages and they’ll find Face Bond boxes and shade-matching swatches cleverly disguised within. 📖 The third phase, which launched over the weekend, brings interactive billboards to London, Manchester, and Birmingham. The base of each billboard is stocked with real bottles of Face Bond. Visitors can get shade-matched by a pro makeup artist on-site and leave with a product sample and QR code for super-easy online shopping.
