    BOUNCE, SHOOT, PLAY… & GET BADGAL LASHES 🎀🏀 Over the weekend, Benefit Cosmetics brought the energy to central London with Club Bounce, an immersive pop-up celebrating the launch of BADgal Bounce Mascara. This activation by Heaps + Stacks | B Corp Creative Agency created a playground of beauty and sport, inviting visitors to step into a world that felt both interactive and larger than life. Why do we love this? It tapped into our MARVELS levers of Magic and Exchange, creating an experience that stays with people long after they leave. Great to see immersive brand worlds making waves in the beauty space. Magic 🔮 The space pulled people into a different world. A pink basketball court, oversized props, and a trampoline zone created an experience designed for play. It was immersive, sensory, and visually unexpected, transforming something as everyday as mascara into a moment worth remembering. Exchange 🤝 Visitors became part of the experience. Shooting hoops, bouncing on trampolines, and getting hands-on with the product made the launch feel tangible. The space encouraged movement, interaction, and participation, making Benefit’s brand world feel alive. As an extra touch, Benefit rewarded fans who downloaded the Benefit Loves app before attending, adding an extra layer of engagement beyond the event itself.   • Last week, our sibling agency Arq, experts in immersive brand experiences and pioneers in extended reality (XR) and Web3, hosted a roundtable exploring a big question: how do brands move beyond experimenting with immersive media to making it an integrated, impactful part of their strategy? 🎯 The conversation brought together an inspiring mix of brands, entrepreneurs, and immersive media specialists, all eager to explore what’s next. One thing was clear. There’s no shortage of curiosity or ambition when it comes to XR, but unlocking real business impact is still the challenge. A key theme that emerged? The brands that win don’t just stand out, they tap into what people actually care about. Stop trying to be seen. Start making your audiences feel seen. We also talked about the hurdles. The effectiveness of immersive media is becoming clearer, but proving ROI and securing budget remains a sticking point. And while brands are ready to embrace these new spaces, the real power comes when XR is integrated into a wider ecosystem, rather than existing in isolation. The consensus?
