What even is an assessment centre? And what do you actually do there? 🫥 Thank goodness for our friends over at Beam who are there to help. On June 22nd, a group of our members trooped down to Beam’s London office. The Beam team ran a hands-on session for our members to get in some interview and assessment centre practice - an essential for smashing any career prep our members are carrying out. The workshop was run by Ziyad, who actually works in Recruitment himself - so he knows EXACTLY what interviewers are looking for. Time in the hot seat, a therapeutic moan about the perils of the grad job market (which we can now help with 👀), and a lovely lunch. Cheers Beam Team - whatta day!
