Our Women Of The Future need you! 💜 We’re looking for volunteers from the WP community to help out at our incredible Women of the Future event on Tuesday 25 February. Whether you'd like to join us as an inspiring day mentor, speed networking role model or as a workplace tour leader, we’d love to have you involved! This annual event brings together 60 year-9 pupils from schools across Leeds with the aim of highlighting career prospects, building confidence and teaching valuable life skills. Our volunteers are a crucial part of the day, offering an opportunity for students to gain inspiration and insight into the career journeys of aspirational women working at Wellington Place. Exciting plans unveiled for refurbishment of 2 Wellington Place! 🏢 We’re pleased to announce that planning approval has been secured for external enhancements to 2 Wellington Place. This includes new lighting fixtures and planters which will elevate the arrival experience, creating an even more welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike. This planning approval is a significant milestone in our broader plans for a comprehensive refurbishment of 2 Wellington Place, which will see all seven floors of the office building future-proofed using state-of-the-art technology, resulting in a highly energy efficient workspace targeting an EPC ‘A’ rating and BREEAM Refurbishment Excellent credentials. Blink and you miss it, that’s January ’25 finished! 💨    Here’s what the WP Community got up to 👇    🏃♂️Our Inter-Company Lunchtime League is in full swing but there’s still plenty of time to join and bring home the gold for your team!    🤸♂️ The welcome return of our Pilates sessions has definitely helped us get into the of the new year… ♻️ We got virtually hands-on with a VR Tour of our waste management site which had us walking through the whole process, from the control room to the conveyors 🍴 Sesame became the newest member of the Wellington Place community, serving incredible salads, sandwiches and more    🧠 Our Monthly Pub Quiz over at Mad Frans went down a treat as always, with plenty of fiendishly fresh trivia to put even our best quizzers to the test    🌱 Our first Street Food in The Square session of the year welcomed good friends The Mexican Pilgrim and Vegan Spice to WP     And we’ve already got plenty planned for February!
