  • We would like to say a huge congratulations to our partners at The Clarence Tavern in Stoke Newington and The Silver Cup in Harpenden who have both been recognised in the prestigious Estrella Damm UK Top 50 Gastropub Awards! As well as two of our partners being named in the Top 50, two others - The Anchor and Hope in London and The Burleigh Arms in Cambridge - placed within the Top 100. This is a fantastic achievement by all four and testament to the incredible service they continue to deliver to customers.

  • You might be looking forward to Christmas, but the biggest event of the year has already taken place. Our Gala was an evening full of celebrations, congratulations and some seriously dodgy vocals on the Bandeoke. We invited all of our winners from the awards nights in the UK and France into one room to recognise the unbelievable talent we have in our teams. We had plenty of new winners, some unforgettable dance moves, and a magician who blew everyone’s Brewpoint socks off. What a cracking way to finish off the year!

  • When we put on an Awards bash, we’re not dishing out plastic medals or paper certificates. We’re letting our hair down, partying hard, and handing out mystery prizes in swanky black bags. But, most importantly, we’re taking a moment to recognise the people who give us their all every time they show up to work. Our UK Awards Night was a celebration of some of the most hardworking, brilliant (and a little bit bonkers) people we ever could have wished to call our team. And if this video’s anything to go by… yes, a cracking night was had by all! Congratulations to the winners - we couldn’t ask for more!

  • What happens when you put our team in one room with access to a microphone? No, our CEO doesn’t do his rendition of Staying Alive by the Bee Gees. We actually get some pretty sensible stuff done. It was a joy to share the floor with our talented, fantastic people at last month’s Annual Conference. This year, we’ve made some great strides on the road to achieving our goals as a business. From the beer we brew, to the experiences we give our customers, to the opportunities we create for our Pub Partners, this financial year has been all about levelling up. So, we took a moment to reflect, re-energise and ready ourselves to hit the ground running again. A million thanks to our whole team for another year of making things happen -  you really are the reason for everything!

What does everyone say about the French knowing how to party? Erm, we can’t actually remember… everything’s a bit of a blur. But we could tell you that our Awards Night in France was a celebration of the unbelievable people who make every single one of our pubs over there special in its own way. We could also talk about the unique blend of culture they bring to our customers year-on-year, mixing the best of the English pub experience with their own traditions and festivities. And we also could agree with you that, yes, our MD did look great in his 70s wig. But we can’t do any of that right now… we’re still recovering. So, just watch the video. We’ll get back to you when we’ve finally got rid of the glitter.

  • Becoming one of our Pub Partners means you can bank on one simple thing… Partnership. But we don’t just mean a couple of catch-ups a year or a few corporate emails. We have a dedicated team of industry specialists who are geared up to give you mentorship, advice and guidance whenever you need it. (They also just enjoy a cuppa and chat.) So, we thought it was about time we introduced them… Swipe to get to know a bit more about Philippa, Shaun, Chris and Phil. And if you’d like to actually meet them, why not drop into Brewpoint on a Monday afternoon (2pm - 4pm) to chat about the current pub vacancies we have on offer? Head to the link in the comments to see what’s available. Who knows… your next adventure could be waiting for you.

  • The Paris Olympics is over and we all spent it doing the exact same thing. Sat on the sofa, ploughing our way through a profiterole tower thinking, ‘I could do that. Looks pretty easy’. Well, your dreams of being an Olympian might have been fleeting, but how about bagging your first big break without needing any experience at all? From Paris, to Bordeaux, to Bedford (and everywhere in between), we’re dishing out opportunities to learn and grow working in one of our pubs. Head to our career pages for France and the UK to find your next big break. (No sprinting or pole vaulting required.) Link in the comments!

  • Nothing says ‘Christmas’ more than melting in a Rudolph jumper in the middle of July. But, we don’t mess about when it comes to curating our Christmas pub menu for the punters to drool over. So, to make sure every single plate is a festive feast, we start planning well in advance. Have a watch to find out what Craig, our Food Development Manager, and our other chefs and GM’s got up to when we brought Christmas to the sunny countryside of East Haddon. We reckon some of them probably had to be rolled home after what was a monumental day of munch. Bring on December!
