🌍🌱 We recently held our first West Midlands Natural Environment Summit at Conference Aston.   🤝 The event brought together local, regional and national leaders in nature recovery, nature finance, delivery and capacity building and explored what this means for people, places and nature.   ♻️ The Mayor of the West Midlands Richard Parker gave a keynote speech about the importance of having a high quality, accessible natural environment to make the West Midlands the best place to live and build a career.   🌍 The Minister for Nature Mary Creagh CBE MP also spoke about the importance of nature in the region and work the we are doing in this area.   👏 A huge thank you to all those people who attended the summit.
