In partnerships with Westminster Adult Education Service (WAES) and AS Solutions Ltd, we hosted a careers session and site tour for individual's taking part in WAES' construction training programme. This included: 🏢Site tour ➡️Different routes into the industry 👷♀️The importance of CSCS cards for site roles 🏗️Opportunities for further training and career progression Attendees were given valuable industry exposure and left feeling informed, motivated and better equipped. Supporting young women into a career in construction.   Year 10 girls from Preston Manor School in Wembley visited our office for an insightful day learning about the industry.   The day included: 🏢A tour round our office 🗣️Speed networking session with people from various departments 👷♀️Career advice 🏗️Team building activities   "Beyond just learning about various roles, they also developed essential skills such as networking, communication, and problem-solving in an engaging and supportive environment. I’ll be attending the DPRTE 2025 event with colleagues in March, the first time this event is being held over two days. As a business that delivers construction and refurbishment projects across the defence estate, I’m looking forward to discussions with current and future customers on effective procurement solutions to deliver outstanding outcomes.
