As a Senior Paid Media Analyst, I manage a range of paid media campaigns which involves creating and implementing strategies across multiple platforms and industries. I recently read about Netflix's collaboration with Mind Charity called 'As Seen On Netflix' - this is an auction allowing you to purchase original and inspired items from popular shows with all proceeds going to Mind. I love this partnership - it's a fun thing to do for fans as well as raising awareness and money for such a good cause! 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗮 𝗳𝘂𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄? I absolutely love being creative, whether it's painting or designing a room - my camera roll is full of inspiration! Reflecting on a valuable afternoon as a whole team last week 🙌
I'm still on a high after my favourite all agency meeting yet last week. This time, after the usual company update, we split into randomised teams and ran a Dragons Den-style workshop courtesy of Daniel Pratt. When the board first started talking about how to best spend the afternoon all together, my immediate thought was 'what challenges can we discuss?' It's no easy feat getting the whole agency together and I really wanted to make the time as valuable as possible. In fact, what was most valuable of all, was just spending time together. Interacting, sharing ideas, laughing. The end result didn't really matter (though absolutely stand by my team's idea for creating and sending revenge scents 😆) but rather it was about facilitating an environment where everyone can have a voice and perhaps speak to team members they wouldn’t usually on a day-to-day basis. This has confirmed for me the importance of enabling more cross-team interaction and knowledge sharing as we move forward, and I'm feeling so lucky to do that with such a talented and brilliant team of people 🙏 Wolfenden
