Our #OpenDoorsAgenda is a starting point for the transformation to a fully gender-inclusive sport. Join us in supporting the Open Doors Agenda as a first step towards the fundamental culture change needed for football to become safe, welcoming and supportive towards women. Find out more below and add your name to our list of supporters - the more voices that join our call, the louder it becomes. ℹ️ https://lnkd.in/eQYquwa4

Playing careers in football are short, and often end suddenly due to injuries from the demanding schedule of the game. That's why being prepared for your career off the pitch is so important. That's also why we set up The Next Goal programme with The Adecco Group and LHH. This innovative programme of career support is free to all professional and semi-professional female football players and gives access to a team of expert facilitators in order to discover more about their own skills and characteristics, along with one-on-one support from a dedicated mentor. We're offering free career transition support to female football players as The Next Goal programme returns for a second year. Women in Football, The Adecco Group and LHH are back to help players discover more about their skills and characteristics and how these can be invaluable in the next stage of their careers, after life on the pitch. Year one of The Next Goal programme was a huge success which welcomed professional footballers from a host of nations and top clubs. Northern Ireland international Caragh Hamilton took part and said the programme has been vital in helping her to realise the transferable skills she's gained through playing football. If you're a female footballer thinking about your next steps – find out more and apply by Sunday 25 August: https://lnkd.in/egwf87v9
