IT Helpdesk Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve user issues in an accurate, timely manner
  • Provide an excellent level of support and communication
  • Escalate to 3rd line when necessary
  • Maintain the internal ITSM ticket system
  • Maintain the asset database
  • Manage starters/leavers
  • Create ‘how to’ guides for common end-user issues
  • Configure and deploy new equipment (laptop / iPhone / printers etc)
  • Assist with project deployments

Competencies

Good knowledge and experience of:

  • Windows 10
  • Office 365 applications
  • Active Directory
  • TCP/IP networking / WiFi
  • iPhone and MDM
  • A good cyber-security awareness

You will have:

  • Good level of experience of supporting in a 2nd line role
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Methodical and logical approach
  • “can do” attitude
  • Ability to work under your own initiative and part of a team
