The Opportunity

The UK SME market, with over 5.5 million businesses, is largely untapped in FX risk management. FXGuard is set to revolutionize this space, offering transparency, efficiency, and scalability.

Already integrated into Bloomberg’s App portal, our platform is gaining credibility and reaching global clients.

The Role: Investing NEDs/Advisors

We are seeking three investing Non-Executive Directors/Advisors to drive our next phase of growth with expertise in:

• Business Strategy/Growth/Marketing
• FX Risk/Financial Markets
• Technology/SaaS Development

Commitment & Investment

• Approx. 2-3 days/month (potentially more initially).
• Aligned interests through investment opportunities. No remuneration until the company becomes cash-positive, expected soon.
