What You’ll Do:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide high-level technical support and training for Electron Microscopy systems.
Key Responsibilities include:
Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote diagnostics.
Deliver global service instruction and training on SEMs.
Manage technical queries, escalations, and complaints using 2nd Level ticketing.
Write and update support bulletins, field instructions, and technical manuals.
Travel internationally to assist field engineers and maintain training materials.
What We’re Looking For:
Highly skilled specialist in Electron Microscope Systems.
At least 5 years’ industry experience.
Master's degree in Physics/Electronics/etc.
Willingness to undertake international travel at short notice.
Ability to work under pressure with unsolved 1st Line Support issues.
Fluent in English.
Nice to haves:
Any additional language skills
