Really interesting sessions on day 1 of Digital Transformation Summit. Some of what piqued my interest was the thoughts and considerations around the future of digital health and care… 1️⃣ Digital is not a separate consideration, it is integral to everything we do 2️⃣ Those people flying the flag for digital don’t always, and don’t have to, sit in a digital role 3️⃣ Future leaders of digital might not have digital in their job title (because, well, point 1☝🏻) The potential for dramatic change is huge, advancements can be made at speed, but are organisations brave and bold enough to actually realise that full potential? We’ve heard today there’s a real balance to be struck between measured risk and real opportunity. Be interesting to see how that plays out.
