Complete equipment inspections on your phone. Asset management, equipment checklists and maintenance planning.
About us
TakeAIM is an auditing, equipment inspection and maintenance app used to help companies manage workplace equipment. Combined with the web platform TakeAIM provides visibility and insights to help reduce maintenance down time and improve safety. Your team can inspect all assets, identify quarantined equipment and communicate issues directly to their head office. Helping managers analyse equipment and spot re-occurring issues to help resolve them before they happen in the future. Why the name, TakeAim? AIM is an acronym for Audits, Inspections and Maintenance – and you can Take it anywhere with you on your mobile phone. What does TakeAIM offer? Assign QR Codes & Scan Equipment by creating an asset register. Make your inspections even quicker and easier to complete by assigning QR Codes to pieces of equipment. Once assigned, your inspectors can simply scan the QR Code which will then take them directly to the correct inspection checklist and record the findings. TakeAIM allows photos and notes to be added during the inspection, and time/date stamps document the inspection process. Upon sign-off the completed checklist is automatically sent to your admin where the findings will be used to generate reports and analysed to identify common faults and trends over time. This digital inspection system monitors maintenance and inspections in real-time, you can set reminders and have access to all records without the need for paperwork. The app will offer access to an unlimited number of users and assets, and we can create additional equipment checklists quickly and easily if you can’t find the one you need.

Daily equipment checks can reduce the risk of scary maintenance bills landing at your desk. Spotting a minor fault early and having it repaired at a convenient time and at minimal cost is better than it going unnoticed and worsening over time, leading to unscheduled downtime and escalated repair costs. #safety #maintenance #halloween

Well I think we can safely say that Summer is over - starting to feel a lot cooler and driving into work in the morning, and home at night, in the dark is becoming the norm again. Seems like as good a time as any to remind people of the importance of pre-drive checks - making sure all your lights are operating correctly is more important, as is the need to check your tyres (tread and inflation) to ensure they will keep a firm grip as the wetter and icier conditions become more prevalent. We would love to help keep you and your company drivers safe by ensuring basic pre-drive checks are completed. It can not only help prevent an accident but can also save you money (a well maintained vehicle will be more economical to run and you are less likely to suffer the costs associated with breakdowns and downtime). See the graphic below from TyreSafe Admin that highlights the cost of poorly maintained tyres. Of course the TakeAIM app is not only suitable for vehicle checks - it can be used to record any/all equipment inspections so why not sign up for a free trial today and check it out for yourself - it's quick and easy and costs you nothing so what's stopping you (feel free to share the suggestion with colleagues/management)? https://lnkd.in/dtjKZEt #safety #maintenance #equipmentmaintenance #driversafety #fleetsafety Driving for Better Business Brake, the road safety charity Sophie L.

Autumn is one of the busiest times of the year within agriculture. As summer fades (have we even had one this year?), harvesting crops will still be in full flow on farms, with ploughing and cultivation work kicking back into gear. Drilling and sowing will also begin on barley, oilseed rape and winter wheat. With so much activity, and so much plant and equipment in daily operation then now is the time to ensure you keep on top of your equipment safety and maintenance. We continue to see more and more farms using our TakeAIM app to keep a record of their daily/weekly inspections. Spotting a minor concern early means it can be dealt with at a convenient time, with minimal impact and cost. If the fault goes unchecked it will likely worsen over time, leading to unexpected downtime and higher repair bills. If you have not already done so then we'd recommend you sign up for a free trial of our TakeAIM app at https://lnkd.in/dtjKZEt to help improve safety, reduce maintenance costs and to comply with H&S obligations. #farmsafety #agriculture #maintenance #maintenancemanagement #equipmentmaintenance Megan Bailey Robert Hosker Stephanie Berkeley Struan Nimmo NFU (National Farmers' Union) NFU Mutual Bizza Walters Tina Morgan CFIOSH Paul Norton Sam Hart David Allwood Graeme Waller CertEd TechIOSH Andrew Francis (PFIAgrM. We are proud to be supporting today's National Forklift Safety Day - another great campaign and one everyone should take note of. This year's message is focused on "PREVENT - MANAGE - LEARN" and the initiative will actually run until the 9th December - a 7 month initiative with each month focusing on a separate stage of the forklift incident cycle. To find out more head to https://lnkd.in/d7itX7W where you can also find some useful free downloads and discover how you can get involved. The campaign is a great opportunity for us to remind companies of the importance of their daily pre-use checks of the forklift truck. Not only does it improve safety but it can also help improve efficiencies and reduce costs by helping to spot a minor defect early and have it repaired at a convenient time, without it going unnoticed and worsening over time - leading to costly repairs and downtime. Our TakeAIM app is proving a great tool for companies to complete and record checks of ALL workplace equipment but forklifts remain one of the most common checklists used. Our app has checklists for diesel, electric and gas running trucks but there are dozens of additional checklists to use on the app too. You can try it out for free at https://lnkd.in/dtjKZEt The app will send a notification to management if an advisory is logged by the inspector and can include a photo/notes of the defect to help them identify any replacement parts that may need ordering - speeding up the repair process. A maintenance log can then track the progress until it is considered "good to go" again. #NationalForkliftSafetyDay UK Material Handling Association IMHX Contact Attachments Ltd Jungheinrich AG Briggs Equipment UK Ltd Stacatruc Limited Good to Go Safety Graham Halliday Fife Training Services Limited
