Situated in Swansea indoor market, the business turnover has doubled in just 12 months, with expansion to include additional staff members. The business has become a viral sensation, featuring on media’s UK wide, with an online shop able to deliver the breads nationally. Hannah drove the opening of the business after perusing a masters degree in business, working with the Enterprise team at Swansea University to develop a business plan, accessing funding and grants to get the business established, opening the bakery doors in 2023.
