After all (CRM, Project Management Tools, etc.) the best tool for me is still a good old excel or Google spreadsheet. I have my accounts listed with basic information and then a timeline of actions and desired milestones for the coming days, weeks, months and quarters. Easy, neat, all in one place. Keep it simple.
