Today, we’re wishing Abby a very happy 10th anniversary with 180 Medical! To celebrate her big milestone with our company, we’re donating to the charity of her choice, the American Lung Association. She shares, “My mom has battled Stage 4 COPD for the last six years and was recently diagnosed with lung cancer. The American Lung Association researches treatments and cures for lung diseases, and their big goal is to defeat lung cancer.” We’re so grateful for you, Abby! Give Mandy a hand for reaching the big milestone of 10 years with our company this month! We’re so proud of our team members, and we love honoring them for their commitment and dedication by making a donation to the charitable organization of their choice. Mandy chose the Foundation for Women's Cancer. She shares, “Almost every five minutes, a person is diagnosed with one of the five gynecological cancers, totaling more than 116,000 Americans each year. Many of these people are not diagnosed until the late stages of their disease, resulting in more than 34,000 people dying each year. These cancers affect people of all ages. As a 7-year survivor of Stage 4 Endometrial Cancer, I was one of the lucky ones! The Foundation for Women’s Cancer (FWC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing public awareness of gynecologic cancer risk awareness, prevention, early detection, and optimal treatment.” We’re excited to see what the next ten years bring, Mandy.
