A faith-filled, futurist, founder on a mission to elevate the untold yet worthy stories in real estate development. Where sports and real estate meet is my favorite place. #TSandR
Yes #galaseason continues and a fabulous time was had at AAREP DC’s 19th Annual “Celebrating Timeless Excellence Mapping The Path Forward”. As the former VP, I remain in awe, like a proud big sister of where President Heather Wellington and Vice President Corey Powell have taken this organization! The venues get better every year and the Conrad Hotels & Resorts was a beautiful backdrop for all the attendees looking their best. Special remarks were provided by DC Mayor Muriel Bowser where she recognized the importance of the attendees in thay room, many that are responsible for DC’s expanded landscape. Congratulations to all of the awards winners: Member of the Year Award – Ayesha M. Hudson Community Impact Award – Career Path DC Cooperative Economics Award – Amazon Housing Equity Fund (KellyAnn Kirkpatrick + Senthil Sankaran) President’s Legacy Award – Michele Hagans A special shout out to my The BOW Collective sister, Emerald BOW Michele V. Hagans 💚 A literal legend in DC real estate that has provided opportunities to many of us as she continues to elevate. I have fond memories of my early years at Answer Title handling all the Dakota Crossings closings when they first came out the ground. I loved to remind people that a Black women owned that land! And did! She ask that you keep shopping at Costco 😁 Keep winning in 2024 AAREP Community looking forward to what’s next in 25’ #aarepdcproud
