We’re excited to introduce our new VP of Operations, John Lown! John is coming to us from a diversified background in beauty + personal care, from Bespoke Beauty Brands LLC to Conair to Jane Cosmetics + Estee Lauder. He’s been in the beauty industry for more than 20 years, + he’s an ace at global product operations + development. John will lead our global operations strategy and initiatives.

We are happy to announce Jordan Johnson is joining about-face beauty as our new Brand Marketing Director! After starting her career at philosophy skincare and Lime Crime, Jordan joined our about-face Marketing team for the first time in 2022. She then went to become the Senior Manager of Marketing at YSE Beauty in 2023. Now, Jordan comes back to about-face at a pivotal moment of brand growth and acceleration and we are excited to see where she will take the brand next!

We locked in at Lollapalooza! We were so honored to be part of Ulta Beauty’s Joy Project, where at Lolla they committed to creating + spreading joy through their House of Joy glam services, giving the perfect golden hour glow to festival goers with Light Lock Highlight Fluid. Plus, we had the best time providing custom cocktails, energy angel vibes, + all the essential about-face goodies. Forever grateful to our amazing about-face team, plus a huge thanks to Ulta Beauty for making partnering together so much fun + to Live Nation for bringing the festival space to life + blessing us with live music. We can't wait for the next festival!

We are so excited to announce our new VP of Sales in North America, Hilary Wolfe! Hilary has over 15 years of beauty industry experience, joining us from Beauty by Imagination (BBI) where she was managing national retail distribution with products like Goody, Wet Brush, Ouidad, + more. She’s also worked heavily with Ulta Beauty over the last decade. We’re thrilled to count her among the incredible women taking about-face to the next level!
