Although bittersweet our long-standing Admissions Director at Evergreen Commons Rehabilitation & Nursing Center will be retiring at the end of this year and we are currently looking for a qualified and motivated replacement! This position would start in December 2024, where you will work with the current #Admissions Director for a month before her 12/31 retirement date. Evergreen Commons is a 242-bed skilled nursing facility in East Greenbush, NY (15 mins from Albany) offering both short term rehab and long term care.
