Congratulations to Eric D. Reid, P.E., Chief Operating Officer of AECOM Tishman, on being named the Subcontractors Trade Association (STA) Builder of the Year!  Eric's impressive career spans over 25 years in the design and construction industry, where he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise. Since joining AECOM Tishman in 2008, Eric has overseen all of our residential and hotel structural work in New York City, driving some of the most iconic projects in the region. Prior to his time with AECOM Tishman, Eric served as a founding member of the Forensic Engineering Unit of the New York City Department of Buildings. His early career also includes close to a decade of structural design experience in the hospitality, residential, commercial, and gaming sectors, making him a true industry trailblazer. This well-deserved recognition from STA is a testament to Eric's dedication, innovation, and commitment to excellence in construction. We're proud to recognize the 270 Park Avenue project team for their participation in Cycle for Survival, supporting rare cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. With 100-minute rides, 100 bikes, and 100% of every dollar going directly to research, the team joined thousands of riders helping to fund breakthroughs for rare cancers — contributing to the $32M raised so far this year. AECOM Tishman hosted our first in-house Intern and new graduate hiring event at our 100 Park Avenue office — an exciting step in building the next generation of construction leaders. The invitation-only event connected summer interns and early career candidates with our teams through presentations from Co-COO’s Eric Reid and John Kovacs, networking opportunities, and formal interviews. By day’s end, 32 interviews were conducted, resulting in 24 offers of employment. This event's success was made possible by our construction management talent acquisition & HR teams, including Kathy Evans, Susan Stefencavage, Matthew Pettis, Natalie Aguilar, Nicole Tan, Andrea Moore, and Christina Sullivan Krasnigi.
