Our goal is to support our employee’s interests and the organizations they care about, but each organization must follow guidelines consistent with our policy: The organization must be tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3); It must be a local or regional organization or a local chapter of a national organization; It must fall into one of five categories; Our employees must be involved with the organization; and the organization must have a primary mission that improves the lives of those it helps.
