We have long been dedicated to including people with disabilities in the workplace. Kris Miller, operations associate, has been part of Allianz Life since 2015 and is the membership chair of our employee resource group, Allianz Beyond. Allianz Beyond reinforces our culture of inclusion by leveraging each employee’s individual abilities and providing a seat at the table for all and their unique needs, so together we can secure our collective future. And while Kris is a champion in the office, she’s also found a passion for powerlifting through Special Olympics Minnesota. Earlier this month she competed at the state competition. Congrats, Kris!
