Responsibilities: 🔍 Analyze plats, easements, deed restrictions, and developer/community guideline documents with precision and attention to detail. 🏠 Accurately label plats with building lines and other essential information to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. 🌐 Conduct thorough internet searches for recorded subdivision information to gather comprehensive data. 📝 Create subdivision guidelines based on gathered information and project requirements. 🛠️ Identify and resolve complex problems by leveraging related information and applying analytical skills. Requirements: 💼 Previous experience in residential plat analysis or land development highly desirable. 💻 Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and Microsoft Office Suite. 📚 Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
