The Michigan Technological University and American Center for Mobility Ceremony and Open House recently brought together over 120 guests at ACM, creating an engaging atmosphere filled with innovative mobility technology and collaboration. In celebration of Michigan Tech’s new role as ACM’s engineering services provider, ACM President and CEO Reuben Sarkar, Michigan Tech’s Jeff Naber, and President Richard Koubek shared opening remarks, setting the stage for an exciting day. Guests toured ACM’s facilities, where they explored tech talks, demonstrations, and displays that highlighted MTU and ACM's cutting-edge technological advancements and partnerships. Many took the opportunity to experience a ride in ARPA-E’s NEXTCAR, a groundbreaking project aimed at reducing energy consumption through vehicle automation and connectivity. A special thanks to both American Center for Mobility and Michigan Technological University's teams for making this event a memorable success.
