🔧 Grit, Gridwork & Growth — Another Cold Day, Another Equipment Pad at AMS Renewable Energy Even when we’re knee-deep in mud and surrounded by snow, our teams keep pushing forward — because clean energy doesn’t wait for warmer weather. This week, we’re prepping an equipment pad that will house the Neutral Grounding Reactor (NGR), switchboard, transformer, and DAS rack — a key hub for site operations. Reinforcing steel bars (rebar) are laid out in a grid within the wooden formwork to provide tensile strength and prevent cracking once concrete is poured. You’ll also spot pre-installed sleeves for electrical conduits and other utilities, ensuring smooth installation after the pour. From structural integrity to system integration, #AMS brings full-scope attention to every EPC detail — no matter the weather. And yes, that’s an orange can on-site.
