A message to all the applicants! Dear Psychologists, There is a fair chance that your application has reached me personally and I am grateful for your interest. It's overwhelming to see so many applications and heartbreaking that we can not respond to each one of those. I know It's hard to get a job as a fresher, but it doesn't need to be. I'd like to add my two cents! I feel a moral obligation to share the inside view of why your application was not selected.
