Haslam Sports Group unveiled District 46 at CrossCountry Mortgage Campus in Berea, OH – a $150M+ development around the Cleveland Browns’ training facility, set to break ground in spring 2025 and finish in early 2027 🏗️ District 46 will feature: 🔹A hotel, sports medicine facility & market-rate apartments 🔹Community field for youth and amateur sports 🔹30,000 sq. ft. retail space and parking garage Designed by AODK Architecture, the project is reminiscent of other NFL practice facility developments like The Star in Texas and Viking Lakes in Minnesota. #365DaysofSustainability, Day 293: AODK Architecture's client, Upward Bound, is preparing to redevelop a 120-acre rural Ohio site into a Christian-focused wellness retreat center and camp. The development plan includes multi-unit bunk clusters in various formats, new buildings for common use, and a renovation of existing buildings on the property. The developers seek to embrace wellness principles into the building designs and to minimize environmental impact for both the site and the buildings. Things are progressing quickly at the new DiGeronimo Companies headquarters building at Valor Acres! Wall framing is nearly complete on the 5th floor, while ceiling grid installation and painting continue throughout the 4th and 5th floors.
