Ever wondered how we achieve that perfect, durable finish on our aluminum #Canopies & #Sunshades? Check out our shop’s powder coating process! 🧼 We start by thoroughly cleaning the surface, removing any dust, dirt, or oil. This ensures the powder adheres perfectly. 🎨 Next we apply a dry powder using an electrostatic gun. The positively charged powder particles stick to the grounded (negatively charged) metal surface, covering the entire surface. 🔥 The coated piece is placed in a curing oven, where the powder melts and forms a smooth, even finish.
