ARCO recently completed tilting concrete wall panels for a new 139,200 SF speculative warehouse at the Charlotte Harbor Business Center in Punta Gorda, Florida. This rear-load distribution facility will feature multiple future tenant entrances, a 28' clear height, 32 dock positions, and two drive-in ramps. ARCO Murray is currently constructing two more speculative warehouses at the Princeton Oaks Industrial Park in Orlando, FL and just wrapped up the steel roof framing. We are thrilled to announce the completion of another spec warehouse at the Trinity Industrial Park in Poinciana, Florida. This design/build project provided a 42,116 SF front-load distribution shell with two dedicated entrances for future tenants.
