    Asia's largest poultry support team elevates customer service. Aviagen® Asia has a deep commitment to our customers. We’re continually raising the bar on the service we provide, because we know that knowledge is key to customer success. Nearly 40 of our dedicated customer service managers and poultry management specialists from across Asia recently came together in the vibrant city of Bangkok for an enriching experience. Over the week, our team was immersed in discussions around best practices and the latest techniques, as well as collaborative workshops, all designed to sharpen their skills and better serve our valued Arbor Acres®, Indian River®, and Ross® customers. The event wasn't just about professional development; it was also a chance to reconnect with old friends and forge relationships with new colleagues as our team expands its capability across the region.     As part of Aviagen North America's series of school modules, the recent Breeder Workshop was held at the Aviagen Research and Training Center in Albertville, AL. This hands-on, intensive three-day course was a collaborative effort between Aviagen's technical service team and industry experts. Customers gained valuable insights into various aspects of poultry breeder management. Aviagen remains committed to advancing poultry management globally by sharing knowledge through a wide range of programs, schools, seminars, workshops, and more.
