A New School Campus is Coming! Last week, Sacramento City Unified School District Board members toured the Chavez-Kemble Elementary School Rebuild Project. The project will merge Edward Kemble Elementary (TK-3) and Cesar Chavez Intermediate (4-6) into one innovative campus featuring modern facilities, revitalizing the neighborhood and bringing lasting benefits to families. We are immensely proud to be collaborating on this project as part of the Clark/Sullivan Construction and Balfour Beatty Joint Venture team. Special shoutout to our fantastic partners at Lionakis, who provided handouts allowing the group to follow along with a 360 rendering of the finished campus on their phones making this truly a memorable experience. We had an incredible time at the Touchdown Club BBQ Cookoff this past Saturday, supporting the mission of The Ashford Rise School of Dallas. The TouchDown Club of Dallas provides financial, volunteer, and advisory support to this early childhood education program for children with developmental disabilities. All proceeds from the event go directly to the school, making a significant impact on the lives of these children. Come on in! 🤗🏠 Check out the lobbies of Hazel & Azure at National Landing! In Arlington, VA our team completed two 14-story mixed use buildings totaling 527,000 square feet with ZOM Living. Hazel features 492 apartment units and Azure is a boutique tower with 189 apartment units. Both have amenities like e-lounges, luxurious pools, and club quality fitness centers with beautiful D.C. skyline views.
