I’m reading Elizabeth Leiba’s book on Kindle, “I’m Not Yelling: A Black Woman’s Guide to Navigating the Workplace”, and everything she’s experienced is resonating with me.  I’ve been there, done that, and had it done to me!  The tactics used and the negative holistic effects of bias, discrimination, and racism are the same everywhere, with all of us and it hurts; it’s universal.  Let’s stop #bias,#discrimination, and #racism in the workplace. Believe us, it’s a real thing! Elizabeth Leiba , thank you for putting the experiences many of us face daily at work into words. Please continue to be a voice for us.
