Who is Dr. Geneva J. Williams? Born into a family of civil rights activists, Dr. Geneva Jones Williams is an award-winning pioneer in transformational leadership and the founder and president of Dr. Geneva Speaks, LLC. She empowers leaders to create greater impact and joy through her innovative "What's Next" framework. This practical five-step process helps leaders reinvent themselves for their next life and career chapters. Dr. Geneva is a game-changer with an unmatched track record of raising over $120 million for numerous business and charitable causes and initiating more than 50 public-private collaborations.
